EFTM Textile Rigging
EFTM
100% Dyneema stays and rigging through a unique filament winding technique: each strand is aligned in the load axis for superior stiffness and dimensional stability compared to conventional braiding. Lighter, stronger and more durable, these textile stays are adapted to every cruising, racing or refit sailboat.
Why Switch to Textile Rigging with EFTM?

Nautex International includes EFTM in its rigging offer to provide a complete textile solution, with technical advice, personalised quotation and project support (refit, new build, racing).
- Lightness: over 80% reduction in rigging weight — performance and comfort under sail
- Reliability: proven process to limit creep and extend service life
- Durability: resistance to marine exposure (salt, UV, chafe)
- Custom: each stay adapted to the boat's constraints
- Expertise: team from offshore racing, shipyards and ropemaking (partnership with Corderie Lancelin, Ino-Rope)
Technology, Products and Benefits of EFTM Textile Rigging
Custom Stays and Rigging
EFTM stays are made 100% from Dyneema and produced to measure for each sailboat. Cruising, racing, refit or new build: the range covers the most demanding projects, with references already fitted on new-build and racing yachts (RM 1080, Mojito 32, Aura 51, Mini Transat 6.50, etc.).
Filament winding: the advantage against creep
EFTM chooses winding over braiding. Braiding introduces elasticity; winding aligns all filaments directly in the load axis. Stays are sized to limit creep and ensure the stiffness required of a high-performance stay — the result of over 5 years of R&D and hundreds of tested specimens.

Dyneema: the reference material
HMPE (high-modulus polyethylene): exceptional impact resistance, low moisture absorption, excellent abrasion, salt, UV and micro-organism resistance. Low friction coefficient, good chemical resistance — the ideal choice for standing rigging permanently exposed.
Standard strops
Beyond stays, EFTM offers filament-wound strops 100% Dyneema (SK99 core, SK78 cover), from 1 to 60 tonnes breaking load. Complementary solution for tackles, mast halyards, lazy jacks and deck equipment with textile attachment.
