Carbon tubes

Nautex offers carbon tubes made on demand : constant thickness or variable section, with an interior diameter of 10 to 160 mm, with insert, sleeved, carbon / Kevlar mix, windsurf masts, customizable in terms of color and design , with several possible finishes (varnished, painted, satin or Power grip). They are manufactured using the mandrel draping technology, made of pre-impregnated carbon fiber or glass fiber and epoxy resin fabrics, cooked in a high pressure autoclave. Numerous uses of Nautex carbon tubes are therefore possible, as on many Imoca 60 footers and in particular Charal, the recent winner of the Vendée-Arctic-Les Sables d´Olonne.
