The Tides Marine mainsail rail is a one-piece, ultra-low friction slide system designed to handle the increased loads of today’s mainsails. Once installed, the mainsail will be hoisted with disconcerting ease and it will fall as soon as you let go of the halyard!
Very light, it induces less weight in the tops by increasing the performance of the sailboat and rivals systems which cost three times more than those which have to be installed by a skilled workforce in order to install them correctly. Comes rolled in a box, it can be quickly installed by the owner without special tools and without climbing into the mast or drilling any holes.
Machined to fit on any mast, it is designed with a material particularly resistant to UV, shock, abrasion, wear, salt water or extreme temperature variations.
